Leonard Nimoy will return as Spock alongside Zachary Quinto, who will play his younger self, in the newest movie in the long-running Star Trek franchise. The announcement was by director and co-producer JJ Abrams at ComicCon last night.

Abrams also hinted that Williams Shatner would have a role in the film. Young Kirk has yet to be cast.
