Notes to self
Jan. 16th, 2006 08:00 pm1. Quit shopping when hungry. You keep buying too much food. You're only feeding one now, and you don't eat that much when you remember to eat.
2. Quit grocery shopping at Costco. You don't need the industrial sized lettuce. I don't care if its $3.00 for 5 heads, if you don't eat it before it rots, it isn't a bargain.
3. Remember to eat. Losing weight is nice -- but getting wonky because your blood sugar is tanking is bad. Those nuts you got were a good thing. There are better ways to lose weight than forgetting to eat.
4. Close the computer once in awhile. Maybe you'd eat and clean up the house if you weren't constantly online.
5. Get off your case and quit yelling at yourself.
