Altrus! Away!

My dear friend altrus is running away (scroll down a bit for the part about the travel plans). He has decided that the world is a far larger place than this small country in which we live, and he would like to experience as much of it as he possibly can. He has been soliciting recs for places to visit and crash space on his journal, so I have offered to advertise his request here, too.

Altrus is a nice fellow who bathes regularly and cleans up after himself ;-). Reading his interest list you will find he is conversant in most geek interests.

While I am excited that he is taking this step in his life, I am very sad that I will not be seeing his beautiful smile for a long, long time. Hearing him giggle is like music, and he giggles a lot. He has been a great source of strength for me in these times, and those broad shoulders have, on many occasions, been stained with my tears.

If you do put him up, don't forget to get a hug, He is one of the best huggers in the world.
