Tea

Sit down and share a pot of tea with a friend.

Tea is warm, like an embrace. Holding onto a cup is like holding the hand of a dear friend.

Tea gives of itself, expecting nothing in return.

Tea is not selfish, when the leaves meet the water, they don't say, "I shall only give my love to this part of the pot or that," but they give of themselves to the entire pot, sharing their essence equally.

Would that we could be more like tea.

Dear Santa...

Wow. JMS is publishing all the scripts for Babylon 5. All of them. Even the movies. With comments, memos, photos and an introduction. Ever want to get into JMS' head and ask "why did you cut that scene there?" They're promising nothing held back.... *sigh*...*drool*

Skill Checking

So you're watching one of your favorite shows and someone comes on playing a bit part. You recognize them from another series. You *know* you've seen that face. But you just can't recall where.

I figure this is a Knowledge: television roll. This happened twice this week. Both times I swear I had to reroll 4 or 5 times to recall. Good thing it wasn't a combat situation...
