MY 20 minute commute just took 1.5 hours due to flooding on Hwy 34 -- my regular route. Normally detouring to Hwy 20 takes 25 minutes, but today, let's just say it isn't designed to take all the traffic from both highways. Hwy 34 is newer than Hwy 20 and no one thought to build in flood control even though they know that it flood every 7 years or so.....
