green papaya salad

I wanted to get this recipe down before I crashed. i finally decided what to make for the potluck tomorrow: ( Green Papaya Salad )

! This version is vegan. I warn you, what you may get in Thai restaurants may have at the least fish sauce ( fermented anchovy) and at the worst shrimp paste as well.
